I taught a class on basic electronics for digital media students for a while. No textbook existed that was appropriate for the class, so I ended up writing one. As part of that book, I wanted my students to be able to re-create many of the basic circuits I included in it so they could gain some hands-on experience. I priced components very carefully so students could build their kits as affordably as possible.I built my own kit so I could demonstrate in class the things I discuss in the book. These fit the requirements well, and seem to be good quality as well.

It’s not very accurate. The 4.7mH one is measured as 3.7mH; and 3.3mH is actually 2.1mH. It may be good for Amateurs but may not be good for projects that require precision.

Good value for a wide assortment of inductors. The included color code chart is a nice bonus
