This cake holder is definitely a beautiful statement maker. It looks great, made of good quality material and spins to well (fast). The dome sits down in the plate for extra security when transporting the cake holder. The seal is good and is easy to clean. Will be looking for a bigger holder from same brand. I wish the dome was taller to cover a three tier standard cake (carrot, German Chocolate, etc). It's great for (W)8" cake & below with a max of (H)2.5in in height that has a glaze verses an icing that has an elective texture. PoR-(see pic)10cup x 2.5in in pound cake w/glaze- good but borderline tight; 9" x 3in single layer GCC w/icing- cake tight fit and icing touching the dome; 8" box cake recipe- perfect.

It does the job and looks beautiful doing it. I highly recommend it. If I had one suggestion for the manufacturer it would be to make the base out of acrylic just like the lid. Acrylic is less susceptible to the bumps and knocks of daily life. Otherwise, this cake holder is perfect.

I have wanted to start baking cakes, especially my mom's famous Chocolate pound cake. I didn't have anything to store my cake on so I bought this one. Love it!! Low and rotates. Matches my farmhouse theme perfectly. Thank you!!

My husband is all about his sweets and this holds them well.I had to return the first one as it had a small crack in it. It took me several days to get to the ups drop off and the day I dropped it off, the replacement was delivered to my house. That was great.
