Works as advertised. A little noisy, but it works awesome for the price. Very good output.

The ballast is low quality. The factory connector did not fit. It is flickering every time the car is started with BMW e39 can bus system I suspect it will not last long longer like any other cheap balast. Will update after couple om months.
