Despite the description, they don't have a fully functional pouch, per se. Their "pouch" is like many others in that there is more room in front for "the boys", but it's not one that supports. It more secures everything. It does a good job separating the package from the thighs though, which is an improvement over the other comparable boxer briefs/trunks. At the deal they sold them for, I think I'll keep em for exercising.
