It is not 100% water proof. If it rains a lot the shirt get a little wet.

I am totally satisfied with this rain suit!!!! - We were headed to a Bike Festival "Rebel Road" in Muskegon, MI. We saw it was getting dark, so we pulled over and we put on our Rain Gear. Then it started to POUR!!! When we pulled over to due to the dangers of so much rain on the roads, I could not believe how dry I was. The only place that got wet was around the collar. Which was not big deal considering how much Rain we went thru. The size was perfect as well. I wear a woman's large top and wear a 10 in jeans. I ordered a large and looks great. I wore a hooded sweatshirt under my jacket and still had a great fit. Pants were stylish and fit perfect over my jeans. I also like it how folds down and fits back in the bag it came in. Doesn't take up much space!

Pants are Perfect for over pants not only for rain, but for wind! Have not tried jacket yet as I have not ridden in rain. I ordered size small for 120#, 5,4". Pants are a little long but not a big deal.
