Thus is a great product, I've applied it on dry skin however I think it applies better right after a shower while the skin is wet, it absorbs well, I can fully dry of and skin is still silky smooth.

I use this to take off make-up. I live in a residence with 55 others and always put on a face before I go out. Not only does the gel take off the cosmetics but it also doubles as a nice lubricant in a very dry area.
