Sorry for the sideways photo. I could not get it to NOT rotate image. I DO NOT know what the negative reviews are talking about on the size. It is a perfect fit. It plainly states to inflate 40 inch ball until cover is tight. After doing that the ball is magically about 41 inches in diameter. I measured it. It fits perfectly as shown from the sideways photo. LOL. The velcro enclosure is small and closes so precisely that it is hard to find after closed. Make certain you do not inflate ball prior to inserting in the cover. I cannot imagine how hard that would make it after attempting to deflate and insert in cover. It is hard enough having never been inflated. But that is a good thing. Just take time and insert deflated ball in cover. The kids love it.

Sizing is wrong, I bought a 30 in ball with cover( cover was loose but not too bad but the 40 inch ball with the new cover is so big it drags and horse can step on material easily and it will be nothing for a horse to tear it up. The sad part is the hole for putting ball into cover is small so getting the ball inside and inflated was challenging to get done, because of time energy wasted on this cover. It’s too much trouble to deflate that large ball remove cover so I can return it!! The balls and bags were purchased from same company thinking for sure they would have their own siding right but here again poor craftsmanship, I hate giving bad review but no reason this didn’t work out right. Maybe my last purchase

for me, this is extra protection for the ball because our Great Dane plays with it every morning. The opening for the ball to go through is only about five inches so we had to deflate our ball to put it in. Deflating the ball is NOT recommended as it weakens them.My ball is used primarily by our Great Dane and he found the Velcro closing to become a great handle to pull and bite at the ball. I do wish with that in mind that the material around the Velcro could be strengthened some how. Do NOT use duct tape! I covered a 10-12 inch square with duct tape thinking it keep the material from tearing away from the velcro, my dog had LOTS of holes in it after serious use! NOPE, it gave my dog something to hold onto and the first time out with it...he popped the ball. We are now on our second ball under this cover! My dog wears himself out in about 10-15 minutes! Great excercise for him. I just stop him now if he goes to biting. This cover and ball rolls over branches, stumps....glad I got it!

Had my husband borrow a generator to blew this up. The box said 40 in ball. Looked like a 40 in ball. I bought the cover that said for a 40 in ball. The cover was a good two times bigger than ball!! So either the cover wasnt for 40 in ball or the ball wasnt 40.in. i would buy this again. As my baby would love this. But it needs a cover. Hes not a gentle baby. He's a rowdy rough hauser.

Does not fit the 40†ball I purchased. Very disappointed because the horse steps on the cover so it doesn’t roll as nice. Money not well spent 😢.

I too thought I bought the wrong size or their sizing was off! Nope KEEP going! It expands MUCH bigger than you think! I was afraid it’d explode if I kept going. It didn’t! It finally filled the cover beautifully! KEEP GOING! Promise! I don’t know durability, we just got it! I’ll update if it pops easily!

I bought the 40†ball and the 40†cover. The cover is much bigger than the ball and the access material just falls over the ball. Useless.
