I just love it I got everyone in the house thinking it was music playing out my radio. My neighbor even sets out side and listens to me play. I wish I would have gotten one earlier.

I just received it yesterday and it's so much more than I expected!! It's so EASY to learn to play!! I do have a tiny bit of music knowledge (and I mean tiny! I took piano for 3 years from 1st-3rd grade and sucked! and sang in the choir for years) but you really need no experience or knowledge. Flutopedia.com is an amazing resource for learning and for sheet music with picto-graphs. The sound is gorgeous. I was playing Wen'da ya ho within minutes and I was able to figure out the half hole sounds to play the perfect version of Amazing Grace. It feels like I've been playing for a long time. It makes me very happy. I'm so glad I made the investment. And oil it as soon as you get yours- it protects it against cracking and does create a better tone. Thank you Jonah! xoxo

The sound of it when you blow and fully put your finger on the hole doesn't make a proper alignment of sound.. It sounds sketchy, off, and indirect than at flow.Not worth the price.

Unless you know how to play the clarinet or other types of musical instrument with reeds, this is hard to figure out. I used to play the clarinet, so I had no problems. However, my husband can not play the flute at all.

Thank you for the beautiful flute. So far, I can play TAPS and The Lion Sleeps Tonight, and I'm getting better with 5-10 minutes of practice and study every day.
