This tool has been provided to me by my company. I purchased extra from Amazon because our inventory ran out. I had technicians that I personally wanted to set up for success so I bought some so I could hand them out or replace them in the event that my company ever ran out of stock again.wow this is not my responsibility. However, my experience with them in the field has been positive. I use them to cut small copper wires for telecom applications, cut plastic down to size and various other tasks. These scissors were not designed to necessarily do. However, the scissors have remained sharp and have been a very reliable part of my kit the entire time that I’ve been using them. I have only had to replace the scissors once due to loss not due to any failure on the part of the tool. If I had to guess I would say I’ve been using the same pair of scissors with virtually no maintenance for approximately a year. I do not do heavy construction. I do light install type work. And in that application, these scissors have performed quite fantastically.

For many ,many years my family (Southern Bell Folks) have used scissors like these. They are strong and sharp and cut through and number of materials. I use them for just about everything, the only thing I miss is a carrying case for my belt. Oh well, hope this helps.

Good value reliable tool. I’m nitpicking and I think this is probably just unique to the one I got, but I wish the pivot is a smidge tighter. It cuts wire, waxed lacing cord just fine.

Very strong and sharp. Good for a myriad of uses. I use them to cut thin wires and thin sheet metal. They stay sharp for a very long time.

Came sharp, cuts and strips white well. Worked easily, not too stiff, not sloppy or loose.Good value for the money. I've never worn out a set of the nice but expensive Klein scissors, I usually lose this type of scissors OR someone on job borrows mine and "forgets" to return them, I've gone through at least half a dozen of the Klein version like that. So, might as well go with the cheaper (but quite effective) competition...

One edge is slightly serrated and the other is smooth. Both are sharp. I don't find the notches on the back very useful for stripping CAT5 but other than that it works well and the finger loops are big enough for my huge hands. I would buy it again.
