The only problem is that it does not work without plugging it in to a power source . Can’t be used effectively outside a power source . Overall, itbis a good product

This product was easy to assemble at home, but I guess that also translates to poor quality of the product. The product is meant to work with batteries, but upon installing the required four AAA batteries in the designated space, the batteries started smoking at the ends of the terminals. I thought it might have been my batteries that were faulty even though they were not expired and bought new batteries. Oh how wrong I was, the next set of batteries that I installed, fresh from the package, started to spark. Yes, the product does work when its plugged in to the AC adapter, but if the manufacturer couldn't properly manufacture a battery compartment, then what faith do I have that they can properly wire this device. I would highly advise AGAINST anyone buying this product when it comes to your newborn's safety.It should also be noted that when talking to Amazon in regards to this product they seem to have little to no regard to these concerns, and only apologize but didn't offer any solutions into looking into what is wrong with the product or manufacturer. Amazon seemed to believe that everything is easily remedied by offering a $10 credit to my account. Once again, invest your money elsewhere for your family's safety.

This took me at 39 weeks pregnant minimal work. Maybe 3 minutes to do. Works great.

This little swing is so cute! The Bluetooth is an amazing feature. The speed levels are subtle but noticeable and the motor is very quiet. I am very happy with this purchase.
