Josh's Frogs Fruit Leaf Litters
What you will receive:
All of our leaf litters are collected from a pesti cide and herbicide free environment.
They will hold up very well in humid environments so it makes a great terrarium or aquarium addition.
As these are natural products, each leaf will vary slightly in size and shape. Each pack contains 10 leaves.
Why use it?
Leaf Litter performs a very important role in a naturalistic vivarium. Leaf Litter provides shelter, visual barriers, and hiding places for the vivarium inhabitants.
Mimicking the role of dead plant matter in the rainforest or in the riverbed, Leaf Litter also puts nutrients back into the environment, providing the stuff plants and microfauna need to thrive!
Prep:
Although our leaves are collected in a pesti cide and herbicide free environment, many choose to further treat vivarium decor. Leaves can be baked to a temperature of 140 degrees F. It is recommended that an oven safe container of water is in the stove with them to prevent ignition from being too dry.
Alternatively, they can be boiled before adding to an aquarium.

these leaves are great! very large, all arrived intact. my baby pacman frog seems to like them and they make my tank look nice :)

Great for my isopods and terrariums. Eventually I will add some to my gecko's vivarium.

Pretty large for the tank i had, didn’t realize how large until i put them in my 10 gallon tank. Either way still a good product.

My frog didn’t really do anything with them or hide under them he prefers hanging leaves but other than that they are as described..leaves lol.

Dried leaves nice and thick. Easy to crumble and the isopods, and millipedes love them
