Very happy with this locket. I placed tiny pieces of beach glass in it for a memory & it shows them off very nicely. It also came with little sparkly gems, if I wanted to use them to accent the glass. It stays shut, no problems & I get lots of compliments on it.

I wore this on a different chain because I needed a shorter one for my neckline. The chain broke, and the pendant fell a good four and a half feet onto a tile floor. The glass didn't chip, and the magnet didn't pop open. It's a keeper!

Although I’m not thrilled with the chain that comes with the locket, it can be easily replaced. The locket itself is very pretty, and the clasp closes easily and securely to protect the contents.I am going to place the stones from my moms Mother’s Day ring inside. She passed away last December, and thought by placing the stones from that ring and others I found, it would be a nice way to remember her and hold her close to my heart.This necklace is a great find, and couldn’t be happier with the quality and the price!
