This is a variable pressure relief valve, sometimes referred to as a "Bunging" or "Spunding" valve, traditionally used for controlled carbonation of products over time. Its operating range is 0.2 - 2.2 bar (2.9 - 30.9 PSI) .

Please fill 80%-85% water into the cup when use the valve, the strong cup is designed to hold sanitizer so that the tank keeps sanitary when the fermentation process.
