Just set it up and it looks nice and so far it's been working well. Nice to have additional heat in our old country farmhouse living room. The heat blowing from the top is better than the old unit blowing from the bottom.

Purchased for 12 x 22 glassed in porch. Located in north Dallas TX area. Adequate for out side temps in 30's. Would struggle in single digits.My room is glass on 2 sides no insulation in overhead. Use ceiling fan to pull warm air from ceiling. Only install is mounting four metal legs. First class fasteners. Just don't cross tread. Heat emitted from top of heater. Wireless control works great. Nice looking flames. I also use heavy duty extension cord. Regular extension cord gets hot. No way I could plug directly to outlet due to room configuration

I gave this item a 4 star review, only because the remote didn't work. The companysent me another remote and I put a new battery in and it still doesn't work. It will work once in awhile, but I pretty much have to turn it on and off manually. Otherwise it is very pretty with the color changing flames and warms up the room.

This little heater is great to add some ambiance to your room. If you are relying on this to really heat up the room, this one is not the one. It does take the chill out of the air and all the functions are really neat. It's very sturdy and won't tip over easily. It is heavy. I'd buy again , I'm very pleased.

This product is pretty easy for assembly - just take it out, attach four legs and tighten the screws. (We were planning to use it in winter, so just tested heating functions without legs installed.)The product has several levels of heating, several levels of wind speed and 16 different color combinations of flame and logs. During my test, it performed a good balance between heating efficiency and quietness. I think it can definitely help people rest well in the cold winter through the combined effect of visual, auditory and more.

It did not come with the remote. Took 30 days to receive the missing remote. Other than that its a great working fireplace.

I live in a 380 foot tiny house and this is my only source of heat. It works great to keep it heated. The only thing I would say is if you don't turn it on and it gets cold it does take about an 2 hours to heat your place up. And the color changing flame is really cool. But the remote does not work until you walk over and turn the control panel on. Because it will shut itself of (the control panel). The heater will stay on and you will point the remote at it and if it is not white it will not work. Plus you have to leave the door open to use the remote. So the remote is a joke. But the heater is great.

LOVE the looks, the adjustable flame speed and color, as well as the firewood. LOVE the 3 sided glass, it's styling. LOVE that the heat comes out near the top and dispuses well. HATE that it doesn't adjust as it claims it does specifying the temperature range adjustable. IT ONLY DOES ON LOW/ON HIGH/OR OFF. Okay you can set a timer to turn the whole thing off in hour increments, but as a heater, roast or freeze, or use in an auditorium sized room where it won't matter. Will give it a day deciding. Buy/use another heater with a t-stat to heat, and this electric fireplace for decor???
