My friend bought me two different ones. Both are encouraging but one is also very funny reminder to not “hold onto†the negativity that comes up in my life.There are a number of optional sayings. I recommend reading all of them before you decide which one to get. I wear my 2 all the time. With the saying on the inside, only you know what it says. Then you choose who to share it with. Otherwise it is a sturdy, yet flexible enough to open it to fit your wrist. It’s sleek & beautiful. When I’m having a difficult day, I need only to look at my wrist & say to myself the secret saying it holds.Great inexpensive gift gift too. Great for white elephant parties & stocking stuffers too. Bought this as a gift for my wife and she loved it. Showed her there were a few others I was considering, but she was happy with the one I chose. She bookmarked a few to give to some of her girlfriends. Good pricing and fast delivery. The only issue I have is how the designer selected the outer bracelet icon/symbols- for example, I ordered the 'I F'n Love You' bracelet, but the outer bracelet had arrow symbols instead of heart symbols- doesn't make sense to me. I looked at the other bracelet offerings and I think I only found one with the heart symbol I am referring to and the quote inside isn't as loving. Seems like a majority of the bracelets have the arrow symbols on them- maybe to reduce cost/time to make a lot of these bracelets? That's my only gripe- otherwise, these make good inspirational or funny gifts. Can be used to cheer someone up as well. Bracelets can be sized up or down by bending the metal.
