The springs/ bands were so stiff that these didn’t bounce. The instructions said that they would flex over time, with use but didn’t quantify in anyway how long that would take. The instructions also said that you can cut a band to make them bounce.I didn’t want to cut the band if they would ‘break in’ eventually, so I tried to get info from customer service to help me make that decision and they were slow to respond and useless when they did. I returned the boots cause it’s way too much $ to waste by cutting the bands.

The buckles do not work to keep the boot strapped tightly. The boot fits too loosely and is a hazard. Boot loosens while in use
