Bought this for my daughter but the pedal never stayed on. One pedal works but the other never did. Just falls off on its own. We’ve tired several times to fix it. Going to trash this bike soon.

There was a flaw with the seat of the bike which could have cut a child's leg. Customer service was quick to respond and supplied options to get this resolved. From beginning to end, they made sure I was satisfied. I recommend this company and am very pleased with the product.
