This little bike is awesome! We got it for our 3 year old granddaughters birthday. It went together very easily, is very sturdy, and well made. The colors are so bright and pretty. It came with sticker letters so we can put her name on it. We added a bell. It didn't take her long to learn the pedals. She loves it! I'm so glad we purchased this one. Thank you for a great product!

I'm really happy with my recent purchased of a Joystar children's bike for my granddaughter. When the first bike I ordered arrived, there was a minor issue, but the fantastic customer service team really helped me out. Nancy Lou, the representative I worked with, was extremely helpful and attentive. She took care of processing a replacement bike and made sure it was quickly shipped out.The new bike arrived in perfect condition, and I know my granddaughter is going to love getting it on Dec 25th! Although initially the Christmas bicycle arrived with a dented in basket and with chipped paint on the front rim, it was still a great looking bike. We had to leave the basket off. I reached out to customer service through email and was promptly responded to. They offered us $15 and a new basket. So for that, 5 stars. Plus, our granddaughter enjoys riding it. When we received the new basket, it was like adding a new feature to the bike for her. So it worked out.

I put these together for Christmas presents for my twin Granddaughters. Assembly went well, with all parts fitting correctly. They come with training wheels and a basket. Price is reasonable.Best of all, the twins jumped on and rode around the patio for over an hour!

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 3 year old. Assembly was fairly easy - took about 1 hour including unboxing; had to stop and read instruction manual more than a few times on a few steps due to the verbiage used. Bike quality is fairly low - the overall bike is VERY heavy, the bows on the side are also cheap, seat is cheap (already discoloring after 2 days of use...it's turning pink), adjustment of the training wheels is not easy (may take a lot of trial and error for someone not hands-on), the brake adjustment does not work very well. Out of all of these, the biggest drawback is how heavy the bike is - especially a training bike, where the chances of the kid riding it is higher (even with training wheels sometimes).

The little girl who received this was thrilled. It is a really sturdy and cute bike. The first one ordered was lost in transit and the company sent another bike to her. It was a great Christmas present.
