My daughter loves the color, which is just like the picture. It was easy to put together and arrived in good shape.She was able to test it out with the training wheels and quickly got the hang of it and wanted them taken off. Good stability and nothing twisting or moving around.One thing that was a little annoying is that the little tools that come with it are flimsy and easily get bent out of shape with normal use. However, you can just use your own tools since they're common Allen keys and wrench sizes.

Got this bike as a Christmas gift for our daughter and age loves it! Perfect to learn how to ride a bike, color is cute, basket holds her water bottle, snacks, stuff animals, etc. easy to assemble.

UPDATE: The seller immediately reached out to me and offered me a partial refund to compensate me for the problems with the bike. I am very impressed with their responsiveness and am revising my review. The bike looks like it will last a long time and the birthday girl is delighted with it.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I purchased the 20-inch bike for a girl's birthday present. Assembly started out as straightforward, but I found that the front caliper brake was assembled improperly at the factory and the front tire would not hold air. Since it was a gift and time sensitive, I had to take the bike to a local bike shop for repair. The bike mechanic said that the brake cable was improperly placed within one or more of the brake components and had to be dismantled and reassembled properly. He also said that the front tire tube was punctured, likely during the factory portion of the assembly. As a result of the shoddy factory assembly, I had to pay additional fees to have the bike repaired before it was even used. I do not recommend buying this particular brand of children's bike, as it appears that their quality control is lacking.

We are in love with this new bike!! I love that it gives such vintage vibes. All the kids in my block want it :) it’s also well made and my daughter loves riding it to the park

This was our daughters birthday present and first bike, and we were so excited for it! The set up was not simple and the petals just never worked right. They are extremely hard to push and seem to not lineup quite right with the wheel. It’s too late for us to return it. we are very disappointed.

Our daughter loves her pink bike. It’s very durable, easy to ride, and she loves the way it looks. Her favorite part is having the basket attached in front. She will use it for many years to come. Joy star also has great customer service. We reached out to JoyStar customer service regarding a flat tire inner tube and they quickly sent us a replacement tube at no cost! Overall, we’ve had the best experience with this bike and company. Best gift for your child!

This was a birthday present for my 4 yr old granddaughter. She absolutely loved it!!So very cute with the little wicker basket and also extremely sturdy. Putting it together was a breeze, done In less than 1/2hr. She’s at the lowest height at 4 so I’m pretty sure the bike will last her a couple of years before moving to a bigger size!Would definitely recommend
