The cutest! Basket arrived broken - I believe this happened during transit. I emailed JoyStar and they immediately got back to me and shipped out a replacement - it’s arrived and is perfect. My almost 3yr old loves this “big girl†bike so much!

The most beautiful kids bike I’ve ever seen! Super easy to put together and it is very good quality and really sturdy. My daughter loved it! I had an issue with the basket and customer service has been really amazing and prompt getting back to me. Would 100% recommend this to my friends!

This is a great bike. Well built. My daughter loves it and the basket and bell put it over the top for her :-)We had some damage in shipping and their customer service took care of it immediately! Recommend this bike.

Purchased for our daughter for Christmas. Opened it and put it together the night before and realized it is cheaply made. The basket on the front is plastic and bent. It also is held on by tacky plastic straps. The piece that is supposed to go on the handlebar doesn’t even fit right. The seat pulled up multiple times as my husband tried to move it. The wheel frame is also bent which makes it ride crooked. We’ll be returning it and purchasing something in store.

Got this bike for my 4 year old daughter... it's super cute! Easy enough for my 14 year old daughter to put together; easy to adjust for the birthday girl. She can have a bit of a tough time getting started, but once she's off, it works great! I'm sure as she gets more experience it'll be a breeze. Worth the extra bit of money to get an adorable bike that we'll be happy to look at for the whole year... as opposed to some of the other bikes available:)

Got this as an Xmas gift for my 3yo as her first real bike, was abit cheaper then what they have on local stores and seems to be just as well made if not better, assembly wasn’t to hard, she loves the basket in front to put her teddy bear in.
