Why do I write about the threads? because they are much easier to mess and to damage in stainless steel than on alloy or carbon steel. Pleasant surprise. fit very nicely too.

My new catalytic converters had 2 additional bungs on them than was needed so I used these plugs for a perfect seal. Great buy!

If you're looking at these for o2 sensor bungs, these work. I've seen others that don't have the right sealing area and some advertised for it but they're actually drain plugs with integrated washers and that definitely will not work in a hot exhaust pipe. I got these for backups but were the best overall deal for the money and I do like an allen head fitting.

This 02 sensor plugs work really well. I often need to clean my "joy tube" plug to prevent buildup on the dirty oxygen sensor hole. Simply by removing the "joytube" plug allows access to the dirty exhaust hole. You need to slowly push your finger into the 02 hole to prevent carbon build up on the backside. It is stainless steel, so it does have a chance of seizing. Always remember to use anti seize to lubricate the "joy tube" plug when inserting back onto the threads.

Purchased a new Vance and Hines exhaust for a 1994 Harley. I need to put plugs in the 02 sensor holes as they did not have them in 94. Worked great fit real nice.
