Xmas Gift to granddaughter - it was loved by some many that I’m buying more as birthday gifts. Features that are great additions: phone charger easy access, hooks on outside for bags, cup holder, good wheels and expandable. Optional colors are nice and quality was good for the price.

I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEEEE, my new luggage set! It's my first luggage set and I'm SO glad I chose Joyway! It was a beautiful Green color. My favorite color, of course! Nice size (carry on) spacious! I was able to fit so much stuff in it! It came with a hand bag, also beautiful and spacious! I could have fit a whole sink in there if I wanted to! 😂 And a smaller cute bag as well. I basically put my medicines in there. It rolled beautifully, no hiccups with the wheels or anything! I am amazed of the way it was designed. It looks expensive and I was proud to have it. Only critique I do have is the side with the straps to hold everything in, had a zipper that did not have anything to pull it by, so you have to grab it with two fingers to open and close it. Otherwise than that, perfection! And also, I didn't get a chance to set the combo lock just yet. I read a review on here that a person set the combo and they couldn't get into their luggage after setting their combo and they had to cut their bag open and I did not want that to be my fate as well. 😂 I wanted to try it at home first and make sure it works. I didn't want to be at my destination and not be able to get into my luggage. 😄

PROS- super light weight: I packed this thing to the MAX; toiletries, clothes, shoes, everything. And it still felt extremely light- durable: I got this in the white color and after several flights (through carry on) there were only a few minor scuffs. I took a towel with warm water and dial soap and it came right off which I was pleasantly surprised about given any other white luggage I’ve had stained almost immediately.- the extras! Having the cup holder and charging port helps keep your hands free- lots of space- wheels: this thing was easy and fast to move. The wheels are extremely smooth.- size: fit easily in overhead and through TSA- lockCONS- interior: I prefer my luggage to have more organization. It’s not necessarily a big con, but it could be better if both sides had zipper covers.Overall, this is a super functional and solid choice for a carry on

Used it for a 7 day cruise, no issues with it, smooth ride, lots of storage space, no issue with the zippers or telescoping handle, I didn't use the USB port yet.
