Did not arrive with mesh strainer. Not able to use it until I purchase a strainer. Update 02/18/24 Seller reached out and remedied the situation.

these look good but the thread appears to be DIN or BSP, which is a different threading from NPT, the standard usa pipe size. it was very loose, but I was able to get it to seal but had to use about 8 turns of teflon tape plus blue block to get it to seat well. it is all brass with a stainless mesh. i am using it to protect a flo-check valve on a boiler from debris. so far so good. looks easy to clean out when needed.

I wish the seller would list the screen mesh size. The screen is quite coarse. Anything smaller than coarse sand would pass right through. I would like to find something with around a 50 mesh screen.
