Easy Installation
- First assemble the cabinet
- Turn the cabinet upside down onto a protective surface
- Install metal legs in each corner of the cabinet
- Apply a thin bead of silicone sealant to the underside of the putty plate and slide the faucet shanks into sink holes
- Insert hand sprayer, small washer onto the spray hose
- Insert the spray hose in the spout
- From below the sink, push the spray hose into the middle hose shank
- Place vanity in its desired position
- Place sink with faucet attached into cabinet
- Remove sink & place 1 bead of silicone in each corner of the cabinet, and drop the sink back
- Install the plastic drainage (P-Trap) - see included instruction in the box for more details
- Connect hot & cold supply lines to match water supply valves
- Turn on the hot & cold water valves

Very nice material but it doesn't come assembled or with instructions. They did send me instructions on how to install the faucet and piping in the bottom.

I ordered the black laundry sink. Description states that the cabinet is PRE-ASSEMBLED. IT IS NOT. Be prepared to spend your morning or afternoon picking through pieces, hardware, hinges, etc. Additionally, the plastic piping that comes with the sink is ridiculously cheap and flimsy. I know this sink will be used sparingly, but there's NO WAY I would trust those plastic tubes. This is the same model and manufacturer provided by my local big box DIY store. I expected BETTER.

My wife just bought this item and I installed it. The tub itself is thin and flimsy. Worse yet it will not drain water--no slope to the inside of tub. Plumbing that comes with it is also cheap. Had to replace parts of it to eliminate leaks. Tub height is around 2-3 inches to low. Had I seen this item on display, would never have purchased it. Would have been willing to spend another $300 or so just to get a quality utility sink. My wife wanted a utility sink with cabinet--so we took the high quality fiberglass utility sink off the wall and installed this one as a substitute. Poor substitute. Recommend you see for yourself before buying.
