I really like the flat and seamless pan bottom and sides for making my favorite Big Batch Homemade Brownies. This pan cooks them to perfection and does not let them stick. It works in my dishwasher and cleans easily.The only minus is the handle design. When you are trying to get hold of the pan by its handles to remove it from the oven with chicken breasts or something heavy, it is very difficult to grasp the handles with potholders. It takes some careful maneuvering!!

Well, I bought these pans to cook some ribs in the oven. They worked great, what I was really happy about was the cleanup. I made some homemade BBQ sauce/brine and some of it ended up burning in the bottom of the pan. Not a bit of it stuck to this pan.My wife has now commandeered the two pans that I bought and made lasagna and plenty of other dishes with the end result of nothing sticking to the pan even after storing the lasagna in the pan in the fridge for a couple of days. She loves them! I would definitely recommend this pan.

Good coating; great size; nice handles.I don't know that I'd put a turkey or roast in it, tho- the metal is very thin, and bows when you put anything heavy in it.Otherwise, not bad. Great for potatoes, leftovers; veggies etc.
