My older boy is a quick eater, so we have switched to raised feeders to mitigate digestive issues, and I've been looking for ways to slow his treat inhalation. While this isn't a convincing grass substitute, it does help prevent him vacuuming up his and then our other cat's treats since he has to forage. It's pretty cute and he gets really excited when the treat bag comes out, running over to the bin this mat sits in. The material does slip around/doesn't stay suctioned well. The "grass" blades are thick and widely spaced but still slow him down and treat feeds feel more enrichment style. The grass doesn't move as naturally as other mats I've seen and neither cat used it much for toy hunts/playtime, but it washes easily and has held up well so far. The 30+ cost at the time of my order is pretty outrageously high for one mat.

I didn’t know if my very stoic Norwegian forest cat would go for this, but she loves it. We have carpet and wood flooring and it works great on both. It’s actually quite durable. I don’t know if I’m supposed to, but I run it through the dishwasher to clean it and it survives my neurotic self. Haha! It’s a good size, too. My cat is 10lbs but reeeeeeally long and she’s able to be really active with it. She seems quite entertained when we add the catnip to it. She gets the zoomies and runs all around! Great value for money.

This grass mat is a durable silicone that is portable and easily sticks to hard surfaces with silicone grips. I think that feature will come in handy for many pet owners with excitable pets! When i first introduced my cat to this treat mat, she was a little confused and didnt want to put her face into the grass. She had fun using her paw to scoop the treats off the mat or on the very edge. Eventually she warmed up and started forging it her nose to gather every single treat. This was a fun challenge for my cat. I love this silicone treat mat and think it will be great for slowing down the eating of treats while also providing fun for a bored indoor cat!! Super worth the price.
