best all-round drum wrench I have used. It has enough weight on the end so that it does not slip from the bung easily and you don't have to hold it down with all your weight. I have used quite a few over the years, and this one is my favorite.

This wrench is high quality and heavy duty. I can't claim to have tried every type of bung wrench, but I am very happy with this one, and it is exactly what I wanted. I also expect I will never need another one, and this wrench will definitely be around longer than I will. Brass alloy construction is a plus for use in non-sparking applications. The stock pictures do this substantial wrench no justice, so I included a picture of mine, which I think gives you a better idea of what you're getting. If you need a bung wrench, you would be hard-pressed to find a better one than this.

I bought this drum wrench for use at work. The contents of the drums are flammable so the non-sparking brass alloy was essential. We have two styles of drums and this wrench works on both. The open-end wrench is 15/16 in size which is the size needed for the bolt on the clamp holding on the drum's lid. This wrench is made in Taiwan.

This is a great heavy duty wrench with many options for opening bung holes. Fits many types of bung holes for easy pour without having to open the entire drum, a total pain. My only criticism is the open ended wrench doesn't fit any bolts on a standard 55g drum. So that side is useless, at least for drums. I still have to use my ratchet set to close up a drum. It's also a bit pricey but you can definitely feel the quality compared to a cheaper wrench. It's solid and feels like it will take a good beating.

I have steel oil barrels and have been using slip-joint pliers (ChanneLocks) to open the bungs. I finally got tired of the slipshod method and bought this wrench. It opens both the large bung and the small one perfectly and is clearly a quality tool. It may not be the cheapest bung wrench you can find, but it's also not junk. If you want to work with good tools you'll be happy with this one.

Works especially well on the 2" bungs. You can tap it with a hammer if you have a tough bung and the brass holds up. Its a little bit harder to use the tool when opening up 3/4" bungs that are stuck. Very sturdy and worth the extra money. I'd only recommend the aluminum wrench if your bungs are very easy to open.
