Purchased this package of 50 to use as partial filler for 50 children's school treat bags. When ONLY 48 pieces arrived in box, we had to scramble locally to find 2 somethings to take the place. Very Disappointed!

This does not sound like a horn. Scared my daughter the 1st time I blew it. Sound like a dying duck which someone has already said on the reviews.
