This pickguard for my Fender Tele turned out to be of very high quality and the "fit" was perfect. I have seen pickguards at twice the price that weren't as nice as this one. Highly recommended.

The Kaish 8 Hole Tele Style Pick Guard is a quality item. The guitar I was building used a traditional American spec. body, and this pickguard appears to be sized for the slightly smaller import Tele style guitars. That said, I was able to use this pickguard for my guitar anyway by making a few careful modifications to it. I'm very pleased with the results, and it really adds visually to my guitar! Kaish products are very good quality, and I definitely recommend them.

Nice! Mounted to a Squier "Sonic" Telecaster that came with a 1 ply black pick guard. Holes were close but not "perfect". Before you go shoving toothpicks in holes, plugging and re-drilling, etc., ream the holes out. It didn't take much in my case. I used a 5/32nd (.156) drill and reamed the holes and it gave me enough wiggle room to line everything up and still allow the screw heads to set as intended. I reamed the pickup holes as well with the same drill as those were a bit too snug. The control cavity cover is the only thing that left a little to be desired. A small gap that only a perfectionist would snivel over.Very happy overall. The basic black guard looked pretty good, but this makes it look great!

I’m giving this 5 stars because quality is great . The fit is gonna vary , especially in my case as I had a tele build. Mine required a bit of modification to fit properly and I would suspect that others may experience this as well.I had to file down the area by neck pocket and switch plate. Used a simple fine tooth wood file and all worked out great . No screw holes for nevk pickup so plan on doing this as well. Be careful cuz while drilling my holes I had some close calls to in breaking it . Take your time and you’ll be fine .

Could not be happier with the fit and finish on this pick guard. Your mileage may vary, but for me it’s flawless.Did my screw holes line up? 💯 %. I read a couple of reviews that mentioned a small gap where the guard goes around the control plate. Again, for me it was just perfect.Also worth mentioning that some folks ordered the wrong guard. If you need the one with neck pickup mounting holes, what I needed, then that is what you should order.To summarize, I’m extremely impressed. If you look at the picture I included you can zoom in and see for yourself.

I purchased this for my American Standard Tele that I purchased about 12 years ago. I really like the look.The problem is that the cutout between the neck pickup and the base of the neck is not big enough. When moving it to compensate for that the eight holes seem to line up perfectly. It comes with screws but I would prefer to use the ones already on the guitar.For the price I'm not going to return it, I'm just going to get out my dremel tool to see if I can get that extra 1/4 inch out of the way and still have it look aesthetically pleasing.

J'ai été obligée de la recouper à la jonction du manche car elle ne rentrait pas.La couleur est sympa mais il faut redécouper et ça,c'est pas terrible au risque d'abîmer la plaque.
