First time use, it broke between my fingers.Both of them, same thing.Removed them from the tube case and the glass crushed between my thumb and index finger.

Ordered the first time and one came shattered. I asked for a replacement and they sent it and it arrived before I even got to ship back the broken ones! Great service! They work great and everything!

I must say I was a little sketched out when I got these as the paper insert was in different spots in the tube. But I put both of them into an alcohol with a known ABV and they both registered correctly. They seem very thin but I haven't had any issues yet with breakage

Ordered one set, one hydrometer was cracked upon arrival. Thought perhaps it was a quality control fluke, and returned for a replacement. The replacements were also of poor quality, spilling weighted beads before they could even be used. Buy a different product.
