Other than when you are crossing a metal bridge, this compass is stylish and helps because my GPS won't display compass direction. I stuck it on top of my short flat antenna.

The compass remained on a west heading all of the time no matter how many navigational turns I made in other directions. Would not recommend this product.

This item works as far as giving accurate direction; however, there is no adequate way to install it. Two tiny sticky pads are provided, but they don't last because the item needs to be on the dashboard of your car in order to be of use, and the sun eventually causes the sticky pad to stop working. Very frustrating.

Great compass...2 sided tape is just a little difficult to separate...don't give up...love it !!!!!

nice and small, works fine outdoors but as soon as I bring it inside my car, it only points SE, reason being, I have a magnetic mount for my cellphone, so no joy…update:I tried again after removing the magnetic phone holder, but the result was the same, so clearly the interference comes from the car, a 2020 Toyota Corolla 😞

Small and cute, but didn't attach well to my dashboard. Only pointed west despite any direction I turned. Worthless.

very nice device. working perfectly. a little velcro on the bottom and it sticks anywhere on my (carpeted) dash will no problem. easy to see in the daylight. at night not so easy. compass can only be seen when some type of artificial light happens to light-it-up. even so, a nice addition to my non-compass car and well worth the cost. good luck.

I bought this compass because my GPS doesn't have a compass feature. I was in an unfamiliar city and got on the wrong direction hwy. My GPS resolution couldn't give me the clues I needed to tell me I was going the opposite direction. I continued past the first few exits before turning around. If only I had a visible compass I would have known to turn around sooner. I bought this KanPas Compass to keep me on the right path in the future. :)I chose this particular KanPass Compass because it's design looked cool and doesn't take up much space on my dash. I had no problem finding a place on my dash with no magnetic interference. I'm totally satisfied with this compass and look forward to always being on the Right Path wherever I go. :)

Something a little different from other designs. Shows your heading clearly and works smoothly and accurately, not seemingly affected by the vehicle. I use it in my camper when I travel for quick reference if I’m unsure of my direction.
