This shirt was perfect for hanging out at the beach in Hawaii. It kepty son protected from the sun and the board while he played in the ocean. Got perfectly and held up to a lot of use.

My 11 year old son is on the smaller side of average and wears a size 10 street clothes. I was on the fence about ordering the M or L because I didn’t want it to be baggy on him. I ended up going with the L and glad I did! It is on the more fitting side but I anticipate the usual stretch wear and tear as chlorine, sea and lake water take its toll. My son says it’s comfortable. I like that the sleeves are longer than average for more coverage. Don’t have any opinions on longevity so I can’t give it 5 stars, but for what it’s worth I’ve gone through quit a lot of these throughout the years, and this one seems like it should hold up through the summer rash guard rotation.Update: the logo on the front has completely peeled off after the third wear, like previous users have stated happened to theirs. So while the quality of that particular feature isn’t the greatest, the shirt itself does a fabulous job protecting my son from the sun. Applied one layer of sunscreen prior to him putting it on for an all day beach outing (10-6) and he was fully protected and not one bit sunburned when he took it off. So inspite the logo fail, I stand by my 4 stars (minus 1/2 the super small sizing and 1/2 for the logo peeling after 2 usages). Overall I’d buy again for the price and UV protection.

My little one loves this top because of the short sleeves. He wears during swim class and selects it over his long sleeve ones all the time.

Standard swim shirt. Stitching is on the cheaper side but okay for what it is. Sizing is very off, order two sizes up, at least, from what you would expect.

This is an excellent swim top for our son (8 years, ~23 inch waist, ~ 23-24 inch chest, 45lb weight and 48 inches tall). - the fit is very good (we chose the size 6 based on the size chart) and the shirt is comfortable (not skin tight and not too large). We did remove the tag in the neck line. - it has been used at the beach four times and a yard pool once and has held up very well. - it is washed and line dried after each use with no issues so far. We have not observed the logo peeling that was noted in other reviews.Overall, a really good value and we are very happy with the purchase.

This arrived quickly and I like the quality and design but it is really small. I ordered a size 14-16 for my tall 13 year old and it looked like a crop top on him (but fit him in the shoulders and across his chest). I will give this to his younger brother and buy the next size up.
