I got five different colors of these for my daughter really hoping that they ran small and I could get her into them. (she's 2.5, however, depending on the brand wears anywhere from a 2t to 4t). Alas, they run true to size and were too big, haha! I PAINED me to send them back. They are BEAUTIFUL, high quality, and look very durable. Please please please make these in toddler sizes, it's so hard to find toddler boardshorts! In the summer, our daycare does the first half of the day outside in water play and my toddler's bathing suit bottoms are getting ruined and don't provide as much sun coverage as I'd like. I will definitely buy when she grows into the bigger sizes! If these come in your child's size BUY BUY BUY haha

These have worked out great as a swimsuit cover up. They run slightly big, so consider sizing down. Even in and out of the chlorine all summer, the color has held fast.

Right fit for my 10 y/0, 4'6" and ordered large. The material is little stiff. I kept it. It will be fine for summer this year.

My daughter wears a size 5 in their swimsuits and in the rest of her clothes as well. I ordered a size 5 initially but was sent a size 6. That was gigantic on her, but then again it was the wrong size. I figured the 5 would also be large with how big the 6 was so I ordered it again in a 4 this time. The 4 was still huge on her and she can’t wear them. She has swim shorts from Carters in size 5 and they are the perfect fit. These run very large. Other than the size issues, they’re cute and the quality looks good.

This is my second season buying these for my daughter. The only gripe I have is that the waist runs a bit big for girls who have a tall/slim body type. There isn’t a drawl string so you have to size down in you need a slimmer fit.
