Qusetion 1：How to charge the microphones?

There are two ways to charge:

1. Use the included charging cable to plug into the DC 5V charging port on the bottom of the microphone to charge.

2. When the speaker is plugged into the DC power supply, the microphone can be directly placed in the microphone slot on the speaker to be charged.

Qusetion 2 ： Why is my speaker sound low?

The sound of the music depends not only on the speaker's volume adjustment buttons but also on the volume of your device connected to the speaker, which means the source of the music!

Question 3： Why can't two microphones work at the same time?

When both microphones are on CH01 or CH02 at the same time (note the numbers on the display), Only one microphone works.

When you need two microphones to work together, you need to adjust one microphone to CH01 and the other to CH02, only when the two microphones are in the different channels will work together.
