I would rate this a 9/10!! I wanted something similar to a cloud couch and this was the cheapest, but nicest looking one I found. I was skeptical at first because I thought it wasn’t going to be as comfortable or the material was going to feel off. The material is so cozy and the color is great too, the only downside is the pillows don’t stay in place but you can buy velcro tape is what I’ve heard to keep in place. The assembly was okay, my boyfriend put it all together and it’s mostly just common sense since the instructions weren’t all that great. I would still recommend this couch as a good first purchase 🥰🥰

I’ve had this for 1 year now and can confidently say it was a good purchase for what I could afford at the time.Pros:- Good size. I have an awkwardly shaped living area and have to be crafty with arrangement of things & this loveseat did the trick.- Machine washable: It’s a pain, but the covers come off. I washed it on the delicate cycle and let them air dry.- Soft. Pretty comfortable with the foot cushionCons:- Very low. As everyone has stated, it sits low to the ground but I got some 6in legs and now it’s the perfect height.- Velvet. I don’t find it very easy to spot clean since I have a dog and it’s whiter than I thought it would be. But as mentioned, (with some effort) it’s machine washable.- Shallow depth. I wish the seat cushions were a little deeper.Overall, I think it’s of moderate quality and a fair price for what you get.

So I never leave reviews ever, but I felt this couch deserved it. I was looking for a couch and I was on a budget. Furniture stores want $2,000+ for a big comfortable couch. I found this couch and I was very skeptical of how sturdy it would be but the part where your back rests is made from metal bars so it’s perfect. It is way bigger than I expected, It could fit 5-6 people easily and it is so comfortable! Very soft and plush but still has a firmness to it. It took me about 4 hours to build, I’m a woman 4’11 but I did it by myself no help. The instructions were straight forward to me. But I also do have experience building things alone. It is very low to the ground it might as well be on the floor, I believe the feet it comes with are 1 or 2 inches. I read the reviews and fixed that easily by purchasing some more legs. I got 6 inch legs which is just a tad high for my preference I should have gotten 4 inch but I don’t feel like sending them back.I ordered black which it looks black on the picture but I got a very dark charcoal grey couch. Wasn’t too happy with that because I had a color scheme already but I was still able to make it work so no complaints. Lastly, the cushions on the back do not stick to the couch they are just kind of propped up by the cushion you sit on since it’s so fluffy so I got some Velcro tape as well to fix that and it’s perfect!!! I bought this couch even with the complications because they could be fixed very easily and I would have the perfect couch for my family. I would say walk don’t run to buy this couch! I purchased this sofa off the viral Tik Tok video with decent hopes of a great sofa since the reviews were outstanding. The shipment arrived quickly and it was extremely easy to assemble. After two weeks, the sofa started to cave in. It’s reminiscent of sitting on a water bed with how this sofa lacks sturdiness. The back sofa cushions are low and offer poor support as well. I have definitely noticed back pain from using this sofa. Never had that issue with my IKEA couch.Customer service has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. I’ve been trying to get a resolution for two weeks. They respond just once a day, and it seems they struggle to comprehend my concerns or grasp my perspective. Their ability to interpret my feedback and find a solution, or even understand my point, is severely lacking in common sense. Their solution was to “iron / steam it†to deal with how it’s caving in. The product is very cheap quality and already caving in due to being worn out in just two weeks - steaming it won’t fix this. They instructed me to return the sofa in original packaging which is impossible to do even if I still had the boxes since the cushions were vacuum packed. I keep inquiring how I’m supposed to return this so I can get a refund but their response is simply “with the shipping labelâ€. I would HAPPILY return this if it was at all possible, but unsure how to seeing I live in Manhattan. There is zero common sense or practicality with customer service and completely pointless stating a refund is available if there is no possible way to return this sofa. Complete waste of money and time. I would highly recommend to avoid this product and seller.

I was super hesitant getting a couch off of Amazon, but I read a bunch of reviews and I’m so glad that I bit the bullet and got this couch. It’s the perfect color. I got the Teddy material. It’s so soft. I even wish that the seats were a little bit firmer, but it’s soft where. You can literally fall asleep. It’s the perfect size. I got the two seater because I’m in a small apartment but the two seater can hold like four people. I love it. It came together fast even though I didn’t put it together. It was just putting the legs on, but I did trade out the legs for taller legs, cause I like a taller couch. I got 8 inch legs and I think it comes with 4 inch legs and adding the legs really made the couch perfect.

I bought this couch for a formal living room - and that's what it will be. NOT comfortable enough for a long term sitting place. After about 30 minutes my back started hurting because there is a bar in the top of the back of the couch that does hold up the pillow but there is little to no support. The couch was easy to assemble and the bottom cushions are nice, but the back cushions are way too small and give no support. Nice to look at but only for small talk - not for a movie night with friends or anything like that.
