Like all the other reviews, the sizing is a very large on this rain suit so size DOWN from what you normally get. I used this on a rainy day fishing from my kayak and it kept me completely dry. The only thing I thought could be improved is the fit of the pants, specifically the distance from the crotch to the waistband, it seemed really short. The pants barely pulled up to my waist, luckily I was wearing shorts underneath. Also the pant pockets aren't really pockets, just an opening to put items into the pockets of your second layer of pants so if you want pockets be sure to be wearing another pair of pants or shorts with pockets underneath. Overall for the low price, it's a solid rainsuit. Just be sure to size down.

I have not tried them out in the rain yet, but the jacket and pants feel well made. They are not as thin as the Frog Toggs brand and feel a little more heavy duty. The jacket fits great, but the pants I believe could use a little more room. Typically I would pull the pants over clothing I’m already wearing, but these seem that they would fit tightly over anything. The jacket has several pockets that have waterproof zippers. The pants I thought would have pockets but instead have openings to get to your pockets to the clothing underneath. Other than that I feel they are well made, but will update when I can try them out in the weather.

The quality is outstanding! Very well put together and absolutely will keep you dry. However, if you have anything other than chicken thighs these may not fit. I bought a small and the jacket fit perfectly. The pants were a great length but my not huge thighs wouldn’t fit. I bought a medium and the pants were longer but still no room for thighs. And I bought a large- barely squeezed the thighs in and they are longer still. I refuse to buy xl because I know they will just get longer and thighs still will not fit. Come on y’all, if these are unisex you have to add room for curves!! Help a girl out!

I purchased these for an upcoming fishing trip, it's winter here but I was able to test them out anyway. I wore them over my winter clothes to snow blow, I snowblow several driveways in the neighborhood. With the fluffy snow and high wind conditions, I thought it was a perfect way to test the suit. I was covered head to toe with powdery snow several times while working. As things melted the water beaded up and rolled off the coat and pants. It was not that the suit is breathable as you know getting hot or sweaty in cold weather is not a good situation. I plan to wear this while snowblowing and take it on my fishing trips. I can't speak to the durability as I'm very careful with all my stuff but it seems well built, it's also lightweight, breathable, and keeps you dry.

I've been looking for a mid/light weight jacket for late fall and early spring here in the Pacific Northwest where it can be chilly and wet in the mornings but warm up quite a bit in the afternoons. I got this mostly for the jacket to use with my waders and over the top of my dry suit for kayaking on wet days. The jacket looks and feels like a good quality jacket. Will be bringing with me up to Alaska early this fall as there is quite a bit of rain where I'm going. I'm 6' and 230 with longish arms and the jacket fits well. The pants will be great to keep in the front storage area of my kayak for use when it is raining and before I'm back to using my dry suit for the colder weather.9-17-24 Update: Took this jacket up to Alaska for a week to wear over my waders while I was standing in water up to my waist on the beach. It was raining almost the whole time and this jacket took it like a champ and kept me dry the whole time. I even tripped over a rock I didn't see while heading back to shore and did a face plant in about 2 feet of water and it still kept me dry, was a little surprised at that!

First, I have ordered many items from KastKing without any problems. So when I received the RainSuit I assumed it was of good quality. However, this Rain Suit does not meet my expectations for KastKing products. Yesterday was the first time it has rained and I needed a rain suit. The return window closed a week ago. The rain suit does not keep you dry. I had on 3 layers of cloths and was soaked to the skin within 30 minutes of putting the rain suit on. I looks good and is comfortable, water just passes through like it is plain cloth. Water doesn't even bead up on it. I believe I should get a full refund.Updated review. Kast King refunded most of my cost. They were very apologetic and easy to work with. Since they refunded most of my cost, I would rate them 3 stars.

This is an attractive looking rain suit. I tried it out on a rainy 52 degree day. I wore a long sleeve shirt underneath the jacket and was very comfortable and dry. Most rain suits tend to be hot on warmer days where the sweat bothers you as much as getting wet in the rain but i would say when the temp is below 70 it should remain comfortable unless your doing strenuous activity. the pants have zippers over the pocket area so you have access to your pant pockets underneath. there is Velcro straps at the cuffs of the pants and jacket if you prefer to snug them up around your wrists and ankles. Jacket has three pockets with one of them on the left chest area. I prefer metal zippers but they seem to be getting more scarce on jackets with most having plastic. The plastic zippers worked fine i just question the durability over time. The product is competitively priced and it works.

I bought this for my trip to the Philippines where it is very rainy. First time I used it only to find out it's not waterproof at all. Both the pants and jacket seep water so both sides are soaked. This gear also holds onto water for a long time unlike most rain jackets. Not sure how they can sell this calling it a raincoat when it protects about as well as a wire screen.
