My 30 year old Jeep Cherokee's starter finally bit the dust, it took me all of 10 minutes to crawl under my car and install this starter. It works great, lot's of power to turn over the engine.

Have you ever jumped in your vehicle, go to start it and it just clicks? Well, mine went click and poof! Like smoke rolling up. Fried old starter. Hopped on Amazon here and found me a starter that made my ole XJ go! Best thing, it's not a remanufactured one like the part stores like to sell at a premium price. On;y had to wait 2 days! My ole Lamberfeeties got a work out though.

This item shipped and arrived very fast. This starter was a direct fit and replacement for a 2012 Chevy Traverse. The starter is very good quality, great cast housing, and the flat machined surfaces are done very well. Install is not to bad but anyone who has worked on one of these SUV's knows the work area is tight and it just takes a little time and effort. The starter functions as it should. The value for the money in my opinion is very good verse the quality you get and the cost of this same part at local stores is a lot higher. I rated this starter 5 stars and would recommend it to others with the 3.6L that this starter fits.
