I purchased this to upgrade the paddle that came with my sit-on-top pedal kayak. I chose this one because of the lightweight fiberglass, the ability to adjust the length of the paddle to accommodate a different kayak types. I have used this paddle several times and am happy with this purchase.

We have been kayaking for over 15 years+. These curved paddles are our go to due to the curved paddles. It makes it so much easier/less strength than a flat paddles whether using using them on a lake or ocean against a current, especially getting back to your starting destination. Not having much arm strength due to having MS, these are so easy to use, and does the work for me. The flat paddles are difficult to use no matter your strength, especially in the ocean.I highly recommend these 100%!!!

As advertised, this paddle can fit a wide range of length. It also has the standard angle adjustment peg. It’s very light - I didn’t have a scale that accurately measured its weight, but I don’t doubt the manufacturer claims. It also feels rigid and strong enough to stand up to your typical uses.The only issue I see is that the storage length of the paddle is a minimum of 43â€. This will fit into many SUP bags, but it is a little unwieldy, especially if you’re used to the 3-section collapsing paddles.

I looked at several paddles at stores and online. This was by far the best for the money. Very light weight and the blade it strong. We’re casual kayakers and this paddle works great for us.
