I bought the skirts as a means for shade for my legs. The materials were decent quality. Sadly, it was too small for the opening.

This is a very qualified 4 rating. It's a cheap product but it works and it's 22 dollars. If you intend to be out to sea or traversing large open water, spend 200 bucks on a good one.Unfortunately, Amazon only offers the one size which it says has a length of 36". I have two kayaks, one with a 33" cockpit and one with a 34.5" cockpit. It can be adjusted down, but not up. It works on both boats without adjusting. The Velcro waist adjustment strap came only half way attached. I chose not to return as a spot of goop will take care of that.Too bad Amazon doesn't offer the range of four sizes identified on the inside of the tunnel. This one is closest to what they call medium or even small. I have a 32' waist and the elastic waist fits without needing to use the velcro adjustment. Most companies offer different waist sizes with each size skirt, so some people will have a difficult time matching skirt length to waist diameter. I quess they will just have to order and return until they get it right.The material is thinnest where the bungee chord runs through, so that is where I would expect it to wear fastest. It shouldn't be a big problem on most soft plastic kayaks, but might on composite kayaks. Also, if you rub your paddle against the combing often, you'll soon wear a hole in that area of the skirt.So, a lot of complaints for a 4 rating - but, 22 dollars and it kept the water out. It will do for now.

I wear 34" pants and XL shirts. This is way too small for me. There is no specification given for the waist size, it just says it's adjustable.

Nice product at a good price point. I had a two day solo trip in my 15' 9" sea kayak towing a smaller kayak behind with extra gear. No real rapids and I never rolled it but it rained hard twice and the cockpit stayed dry. Just what I needed.

On warm days, this made it quite hot in the kayak. I could feel sweat drip down my legs so I wasn't a fan. It would tickle my legs and not sure if it could be an insect/spider, so I would often remove the cover to check. Not sure if there is a more breathable fabric that would still keep the water out.

It will do the job. It's meant to do a little silicon spray. Make it completely waterproof no problem.

Too small for my pelican sprint 120XR. About 12 inches short. The fabric does not strech at all. Still 2 stars for the low price.

Says one size fits all but was way too small, stretched it as much as I could but would not fit.
