I will admit that I bought this in error as I was actually seeking a bird seed blend and knew the Kaytee name, however, I do live in an urban setting that has quite a bit of wildlife. So, this wildlife food blend has ended up being quite the blessing for the squirrels, chipmunks, rabbits, and other creatures that I often find in my yard.This is a five-pound bag of food blend that I keep stored in a safe and dry place to keep the blend preserved nicely. The animals in my area all seem to like the blend and I've definitely seen more of them since I started using it. I do wish the packaging could be more easily re-sealed, however, that's easy to manage and it's worth it.This is a great wildlife food blend and also a great value. It's turned my small urban home into quite the wildlife center. It's awesome and it's great to keep the wildlife fed during winter!

I live in a rural area and feed many little "guests". The birds (quails, doves, etc.), rabbits, gophers, resident squirrel, all LOVE this brand birdseed and the price is good too!

These unsalted peanuts in the shell are great for feeding squirrels, chipmunks and birds! I empty a bag of them near a tree (so I can watch them from my apt.) and the squirrels and crows really enjoy them. Plus, they are reasonably priced. If you like watching wildlife, give these a try!

The mix is quite heavy on corn, which isn't necessarily the healthiest option for these little guys. It's like serving fast food at a health retreat - not entirely appropriate. Also, I've noticed that the blend tends to attract more than just squirrels and chipmunks. Let's just say, a few less-desirable guests (read: raccoons) have crashed my backyard wildlife party. It's like opening your doors for a small gathering and ending up with an unexpected rave!Storage-wise, the packaging is decent but could be improved. I had to transfer the mix into a sturdier container to keep it fresh and away from my newfound raccoon friends. As for the quantity, it's quite generous. My wild critters devour this awful fast! Lots of seeds in it. Not sure if I will reorder since I would prefer really organic as I am worried about giving the wild ones gmo corn. They might be better off with their natural food in the wild is what I think. So now I will search for non gmo feed for my natural visitors (squirrels, rabbits, mostly). This had good seeds in it but it also had corn which the critters do love and consume rather fast.

I’ve been buying this food for a couple years now and my back yard friends love it. It attracts rabbits, squirrels and chipmunks. Also really helped keep the squirrels out of my bird feeders.

Small bad that the birds don’t like. I thought it would be a treat but they aren’t eating it. And it’s expensive!
