The set is a good value unfortunately already have to replace the gloves in a very short time. This was for a welding class twice a week.

The pliers do not cut the MIG .035 wire. Pretty useless! Other products in this kit are pretty good

The gloves, hammer, brush, and thickness gauges were all fine. Not the best and not the worst, kind of what I expected for the price. But the side cutter on the pliers is horrible. They won't snip .8 flux core and have extremely jagged edges. For that reason alone I couldn't recommend this set.
