I bought this large swim cap for my daughter, who has box braids that go all the way down to her waist, and it has been an absolute game-changer! The cap easily fits all of her hair with room to spare, and it fits snugly around her head without being too tight or uncomfortable. What’s even more impressive is that it keeps her braids completely dry, even when she’s fully submerged underwater in the swimming pool. We’ve also been using it for showering, and it works just as well to protect her hair from getting wet.If you’re looking for a swim cap that can handle long, thick, or braided hair, I highly recommend this one. It’s durable, comfortable, and does exactly what it promises!

I brought this cap for my granddaughter who has a lot of hair (long and thick) she wears braids with beads. She is 8 years old and loves to swim. She also hates getting her hair done. So the journey began to find a swim cap for her. I knew it would be an adult size cap I needed. After days of research I choose this cap. Quality is great. The fit is good, not too tight at all. It covers her ears comfortably, she was happy with the fit. After swimming, no leakage at all, her hair was in good condition. The cap performed well. Kept her hair dry. I recommend buying this product.

I wore this with my natural hair and with waist length braids. It fits both. My hairline still gets wet sometimes though. But it fits. Good grip. Nice thickness - doesn't feel like it'll early rip while putting it on or adjusting it. It doesn't roll up while swimming.

Just got back from swimming and the fact that I don't have to wash my locks is enough to make actually stop and write a rare review. This cap kept my hair 100% dry, not even the edges were wet. So inspired that I get to actually get under water this summer. You MUST use the cap the way they show in the directions in the paper insert in the packaging. Don't turn it the wrong direction and make sure you tuck in all your hair enough so that NOTHING is sticking out of the edge of the cap. I also covered my ears low enough to make sure there were no gaps under my earlobes and all around the edge of the cap. Pull it down low enough on the back of your neck too!Tips:1) I clipped my fingernails before I used this cap, I don't think any cap will survive tips...2) I rolled the cap up a little to get it over the top of my head first. Think rolling up a stocking or sock to slip it over your toes and on to your foot.3) don't use your finger tips to adjust it downward, even if your nails are short. Use the fingerprint surface of your fingers to adjust4) If you get air trapped in the top of your cap after you've secured it, you're in business. Most likely if air is trapped, it will be a good seal for water purposes. Gently lift a section enough to press the air out of the top with your other hand. It's not going to be perfect because I still had a little air trapped on top. But it didn't interfere with my water fun.5) I suggest you allow time to adjust the cap around your forehead when you first use it. It was type tight at first, pulling my eyebrows and such. Noticeably uncomfortable. But after a while I figured out what adjustment worked for my sizeable head circumference :PBut make sure the seal is flat to your skin all around the complete journey around your head, ears, neck, etc. They didn't state whether you're supposed to rinse the outside of this particular cap with fresh water after use, but I would imagine so as that's usually what's recommended to get rid of the residual effect of chlorine and pool chemicals in general with pool caps. Don't quote me on that tip though...Have Fun

I have Sisterlocks (tiny dreadlocks) and this cap works well. Water still gets in around edges but the bulk of my hair stays dry. Definitely better than other caps I’ve tried.

I think I should’ve sized down, but the air this thing traps keeps you afloat. If you want to dive or swim under the water good luck. Did keep my hair dry for the most part, but you have to constantly pull down the cap around your ears to keep it that way. Too much of a hassle for myself and took the fun out of swimming.

This swimming cap was great because I had this big extension on my hair. It served it's purpose well and no water leaked into my hair. It also fits well and does not feel too tight

Water gets in. My hair was completely wet ☹ï¸. The band also hurts the forehead.

I like this cap, it isn't bad at all. Although it's quite comfortable, some water still gets but it's better than nothing.

I really advise you to test and scan it properly because I decided to use it after 3 weeks of purchasing it and I discovered that there is a hole which I haven't seen before but my window of time to return it was over evenit's a manufacturer damage.
