I had a similar problem as others. It worked great for about two years then simply stopped cooling below the mid to high 40's F. I called the company and they worked with me to try a variety of things to get the unit to cool properly, but nothing worked. I have a sears Kenmore, purchased in September 1991, that works perfectly. I would not buy this product.
