I am a seasoned crocheter. My arthritis now makes it difficult for me to start projects with a magic circle - This tool is the answer to my problem. As a leftie, I was very pleased to see instructions included for left-handed people. Even when I could easily do magic circles, they did not come out as perfect as when using this tool. If you are on the fence about getting one, all I can tell you is that it does work and it is super easy to use.

Yes it works! It took me a few times until I could do it with the KelliDream magic Ring tool. I have issues with shaky hands and I used heavy yarn but I was so happy when it came out.

Just received product. I'm left handed so immediately decided to try it out with written instructions. I'm having trouble following the instructions because the steps should be below each pic not above. So it's hard to follow along. Decided to try the video to see if it was more clear. Well, there is no sound in the middle of it so I can't hear "insert, yarn over, etc" So far I'm not likiing this product because of the instructions and think it just might be easier to go back learning how to use make magic circles without this gimicky tool. Which probably cost all of 50 cents to make but cost be about $20 to buy with shipping costs.

Product comes with a hefty price to be made out of cheap foam. Your magic rings will be loose as it continually snags your yarn as you try to make a magic ring. Stick with the old fashioned way because this will only add frustration and more time. This is not a product to make crocheting easier. The price with another $4+ for shipping makes this a total scam!

I have really been struggling making magic loops. This tool takes the awkwardness out of all the holding of magic loops. My loops look nicer and are easier to do. Great for beginners!

For the price, I had expected plastic, at least, like its competitors. What I got was a hard foam style of tool, which I’m very disappointed with. Go with the competition, at least it’s oversized, and it’s plastic, so it will last for years, not for a few uses like this one, and it won’t destroy the yarn you use.
