Unfortunately I ordered this and discovered it was the wrong size, but it is still an excellent value. It's a quality ring and screwed on to my filters with ease, unfortunately it was the wrong camera size. Completely my fault, but luckily it's an inexpensive ring and I may keep it considering the price.

This is not really a step down ring. I am not even sure what it is! I was looking for a step-down converter that will allow me to use my 77mm B/W circular polarizer with the 72mm 18-200mm Canon EF-S Lens. No sir... this was the wrong choice for the purpose. The description is misleading. Even the picture, if you look carefully, gives you the indication that its not right.

This was relativel easy purchase to make ...the seller described the adapter ring well...sometimes it is difficult to determine the correct size and how the threads are situated but this seller did a good job describing the product...worked perfectly...
