Order and delivery were great. Upon installing it, the rear leveling leg broke and I spent 2 days trying to get it out of the cabinet to see what happened. Once that was semi corrected, I did a test run but it goes into error F2(cannot drain). I pulled it out and ran it out of the cabinet with the drain hose run on the ground to eliminate air gap and incline in pump hose. It drains but so slow it goes into error. I removed the filter to see if by chance it was causing the issue, same result. Sears/Kenmore doesn't list this model in their product line and support is non-existent. STAY AWAY from this.

Initial unit receive 6/1 installed and did not run a cycle. Service call seems to think faulty control board. Replacement unit received 6/6 installed with the same outcome. Contacted Kenmore given a run around on them not wanting to register the unit because of Amazon’s lack of what they feel is a proper receipt even though they’ve seen screen grabs of the purchase history. Phone service is a joke, hold times are ridiculous. Seems like canceling Amazon will be the best bet going forward.
