If I would have been a little more cognizant of the size, I probably would have spent a little more than $13. The rod itself is very thin and the bronze tips are about the circumference of a quarter - I was hoping for a bit larger. If you are looking for a basic rod for a spare bedroom or need something inexpensive for renting your home, this is the rod for you. Do not expect anything fancy or of very high quality. You get what you pay for here.

This is a beautiful adjustable rod that works perfectly for hanging sheers. It is lightweight and stylish. Arrived in a box with bubble packaging. No problems.

As others have stated, you get what you pay for. Or maybe it should be stated, you PAY for what you get. I ordered this rod as a 48" to 84" size, because I need a 48" width, and I suspected it would be wimpy so I figured if I could double the thickness of the rod by getting one long enough so as not to have to extend it at all, it would be sturdy enough. Not so, I will still need to use the center bracket that comes with it, for when you extend the rod out a lot longer, even though I am using it completely condensed down to the 48" width. Without the center bracket, even double thickness, it sags in the middle with a lightweight cotton lined cotton curtain. Sad. But it is usable, and certainly better than those tinfoil white flat rods, that can barely hold a piece of chiffon.

One was bent when received but that was fixed right away. They match the other hardware in the kitchen beautifully.

These curtain rods are extremely affordable and unfortunately their quality and construction is a reflection of this. The most annoying part of these curtain rods is that the end caps fall off very easily. They also bend without much pressure. Due to their affordability I gave them a second star. I put very light weight curtains on these rods, so I am going to deal with the fact that they are so weak; however, if you plan to use hefty curtains then I would recommend choosing something that is more supportive.For example, a more sturdy yet still affordable rod that I purchased with . The Kenney Cafe rod would not be able to support this curtain reliably in my opinion.I chose the Kenney Cafe rod for a semi-bay window in the kitchen because I needed a smaller end cap to avoid overlap - the sphere rod (link above) has a large end cap making it a poor choice for my kitchen windows.

I needed a slender rod to add a valance to patio door blinds. This works great and I don't have to worry about them bending. Good Price.

I hung up a very small cafe curtain in my kitchen window and the rod bent while trying to clip it in to the rod holder. Now it has a divet and an arch where it bent that shows between my curtains. I would never buy this cheap product again. I now have to buy another one to have my window look nice. Very expensive, not worth it!

Very, very flimsy, but does the trick. The metal pole is split down the middle and is kind of wonky. Arrived bent, but not the end of the world - still looks nice.

Dont be deceived by the pics. The rods are really thin and cannot handle the weight of curtains. It will easily bend and break.
