I got my first snowboard this year and I wanted a stomp pad. The graphic on the board comes close enough to the binding that a regular pad would cover it. I found these stomp studs and loved that I could put them where I wanted and not cover the graphic. The listing doesn’t make it clear but they are all separated and you place each one individually so you can fully customize where they go. The pack I got came with 9 studs and they are made of metal with a strong adhesive backing. I put them on my heater to warm the adhesive before applying them so they would get a good first hold. I placed each one with the sticker on the adhesive so I could figure out exactly where I wanted it and then I removed the sticker and stuck them on. I’ve been out twice with them on and they haven’t gotten loose and I haven’t lost any. They provide really good grip for skating onto and off of the lift. Noticeable difference between riding without them and riding with them. If you’re looking for a fully customizable stomp pad these are perfect. I have no complaints.

I was initially a bit skeptical due to the small footprint of the studs, and in the cold adhesives tend to lose their strength.Very happy to say that the other reviews happy with this product is true. These are unassuming and isn’t an eyesore and it’s fun arranging them in a way I like it. It helped immensely with my balance getting off lifts and you don’t need all of the studs so you can share it with other people who needs them. 10/10.

Refurbished my old board (wax, edges, epoxy repairs, and paint). These fit the aesthetic I was going for and functioned as expected. Made it through ten trips in 20 degree(f) weather without falling off.

Apply 3 days before you plan to use them. The adhesive takes 72 hours to reach full strength. I chose these because I wanted a clean look but to have a little bit of grip. I made a template on my 3d printer to place them in an exact pattern of my choice using 7 and saving 2 in case I loose one for any reason.

Adhesive is not as great as it could be. I followed all the directions and after my first trip, three of these had fallen off
