Thought I'd have to jimmy the lock after losing the keys. ( at the start of vacation and after I packed and locked it) Delivered to our hotel within 24 hours and even got there before us. Make sure you check the code on your lock before you buy to make sure you are getting the correct keys. ( thanks google)
