Using it on my 2021 Polaris 1000 XP Highlifter with a 1/4" x 50ft synthetic line. The hook itself is 1/4", which is a standard UTV winch sized hook. Easy install. I like the black much better than the bare steel. It's not powder coated, but it's decent enough.

Good quality for the money, these are mainly for the smaller ATV winches 2000 - 4000lb

Wench I had on my atv plow rusted out and fell apart, 2day shipping More like 16 hr shipping. I ordered it at 8 pm on a tues, wed morning took kids to school and when I got home 20 min later there it was on the front porch..no installation needed this one just hooked right in, didn't have to put atv on a lift or even open the tool box. Bonus.. it's coated so it will out live the ATV prob.. Another awesome "anazons choice" product!!

This looks cool and comes ready to go with a cotter pin. I think I prefer the threaded ones over the cotter pin but I’m not upset. I’m not worried about it breaking since it rated for a pretty high tolerance well over the weight of my machine.

I would recommend for light duty not for anything that needs heavy duty so, if you need light duty work, I recommend it.

It's a solid winch hook. Not much else to say. If it were me, I'd probably do a slightly larger opening on the hook. But what do I know.
